<description>Before we rush in, we never seem to ask ourselves enough, ‘…and then what?’

<description>Hi Ron, I&#039;m excited about your interest in the Klaxon. The piece is about not rushing into disaster areas and how to maintain the supply lines and safety and security. We have seen the human behavior that is exhibited during disasters everywhere from Iraq to the U.S. and a lot of places in between. The problems with the country of Haiti are well known and at the moment its a humanitarian and recovery mission. We are certainly not talking about nation building here - especially since our track record has not been too good lately. I hope this clears it up a bit, if not please give us a shout back.

		<description>Tom,
Do you have any experience in Haiti or are you drawing conclusions from media reports? Do not extrapolate behavior predictions in Haiti from any other place on earth, it has not worked for development agencies trying to make things work there for almost 50 years.
