    PORT EVERGLADES, Fla. — Scott Erickson, a Federal Emergency Management Agency Region I logistics chief, conferring with Gail Melanson, an order unit specialist (OUS), Jan. 20 at the shipping docks. FEMA logistics specialists are tracking these containers filled with United States Agency for International Development (USAID) relief supplies in support of the Haitian people after the Jan. 12 earthquake there.
