    MARGATE CITY, New Jersey — Federal Emergency Management Agency Environmental Historic Preservation Lois Coulter talks about how FEMA helped with damaged buildings via the Public Assistance Program. FEMA and the state of New Jersey are continuing kick-off meetings that began in early January.
