The Chechens are a terrorist group that will share no remorse what so ever in order to accomplish their goal. With their innovative attacks and spontaneity of taking and killing hostages where most people feel the safest or least expect it ex. in your own home or at the movies. It proves that these extremist are not ones to be taken lightly at all especially if they have the balls to something as horrifying as to killing children. I thought it was fascinating to hear about the “Black Widows” and the reason behind their cause. It’s going to be interesting to see how these other terrorist groups all over the world implement these attacks in gains of their cause.

And what did Russia do to honor the Vostok battalion and its commander Sulim Yamadayev, for that brilliance? They disbanded the battalion and let Kadyrov and his thugs gun down the Yamadayev’s one at a time.

No, not really. For one thing al-Qaeda is not a separatist group or movement.

Not really, female members of the Tamil Tigers were detonating themselves since before the first Chechen war in 1995.

They get extra scrutiny if their face looks like they are from the Caucasus. That scrutiny can be bypassed for $50 bucks. The rampant corruption of Russian security forces is the perfect weapon, not “black widows”. There have been cases of bribery and corruption of security officials (not to mention gross incompetence, or sometimes complicity) in every mass casualty attack.

I think that Russia has alwaws beeen always ready and although separatist chechen rebels continue their attacks inside chechenia they are small and irregular, and yes mother Russia has tons of human right violation under its belt. According to Human Rights Watch in 2005:“Disappearances” in Chechnya are so widespread and systematic that they constitute crimes against humanity

As more Chechen terrorists’ attacks happen, as more security check is getting stricter up to craziness toward, in Russian term, “faces of Caucasus nationality” including women. This has led to abnormality in form of stereotyping from street militia patrols and their wrong abuse toward Chechen-look like or, say, potential threat.
As you might know, Vladimir Putin, at that time the President of Russian Federation with leading specialist of counter-terrorism task forces from Ministry of Defense and Federal Security Service (former KGB) have created tactics to finish with a problem in Chechnya. Federals gave amnesty to some separatists, including first pro-Russian Akhmat Kadyrov who was assassinated later. His post was handed to his son, today’s President of Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, 34 years old man, who was also like his father participating at first Chechen War.
The point here is that Federals made Chechen fight each other. Those who got to Federal side obtained not only amnesty, military ranks in Special Forces but privileges to be elected to local and Federal Duma (Senate), like assassinated brothers Yamadaevs. Pro-Russian Chechen commandos are the best forces against indigenous and foreign soldiers of fortune in Caucasus. Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov succeeded in combating against terrorism on his homeland. Chechen commandos fought brilliantly against Georgian troops in South Osetia and Abkhazia in 2008.
Nowadays, leftover of Chechen rebels leading by Doku Umarov attempt to destabilize not only neighboring Ingushetia where they commit attacks against local officials and militia but also in Chechnya. Attempts to collide Federal Government with Chechen Governments have been increased. The terrorists’ attacks might be repeated and second Chechen terrorists’ attack on Nevsky Express derailed train is latest prove. Doesn’t Mother Russia have tons of human rights violations in its belt? What is stopping them? The media? I don’t think so..
